amazing Lincoln Red sirloin steaks on the bone

I used to buy rib of beef from my trusted local butcher for our family boxing day get together, but sadly they sold to an inferior butcher. This year I bought a rolled sirloin from Northfield farm. I was a bit worried at the unknown, but it was utterly delicious, with great comments from all the guests. The staff at Borough Market were helpful regarding cooking times. We treated ourselves to a bacon cheeseburger there....fantastic. A birthday feast is coming soon so I have ordered beef again, but I really must try the chicken, pork and lamb at a future date. You are definitely the celebration butcher for me now. Thanks

Default go to butcher when it comes to Xmas cooking. Placing an order online is easy and the service at Borough Market is as friedndly as possible. The quality is just amazing their steaks are melting in your mouth.

Bought a superb rib of beef; simply the best I have had. Also, Merguez sausages which were excellent. I have used Northfield Farm for many years and am consistently impressed by the excellence of their meat and also their commitment to the highest standards of animal welfare. Well done team Northfield!

Have bought various meats on many ocassions and have never been disappointed. The lamb, pork and beef are wonderful. The chickens taste like they used to when I was a kid. The bacon is fab and the Italian spicy sausages are divine and a favourite. Ordering online is easy and picking up from Oakham market a doddle. The butcher will happily prepare the meat as required, such as boning and rolling pork belly (and putting the bones in a separate bag for stock!

The meat (fillet of beef, chicken and pork chops) we had delivered by Northfield Farm last week is all absolutely beautiful. It is all of the highest quality and has a fantastic flavour. All of the meat I have bought from this farm over the years, has been top quality and I have not found anywhere else that sells consistently delicious meat like theirs. Pierro [the butcher] and Nicki [who takes the internet orders] are most efficient and always have a friendly and "can do" attitude. Well done to you all at Northfield Farm, you offer a first class product and service!

We travel quite a distance to purchase our chicken, beef, pork and lamb from Northfield Farm because it is always gorgeous meat and worth every penny. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and their highly skilled Butcher (Piero) is just excellent.

The quality of meat is exceptional & superb value for money. The sausage rolls are one of our most popular items in our coffee shop, with the breakfast sausages being a perfect addition to our signature breakfast burrito. Becca and the team are really friendly & accomodating of our orders, and I highly recommend Northfield Farm produce. To anyone who is passing Cold Overton in Leicestershire, you must drop in to experience a proper British farm shop!

Nice place, Farm Shop is more of a butchers with some jars & some booze, including that produced on site. Lovely, would have bought some but can’t afford posh gin. The meat is fantastic. Sirloin Steak £34.60 per kg. They had gluten free sausages & dry cure bacon & lots of other fine meat. Parking area for Motorhomes is right at the edge of the road, but it is a quiet location. As a Britstop it’s worth a visit, 4G quite good, tv reception excellent. 😎
